- You need timesheets and client invoicing, which a corporate ATS has no reason to include.
What Digital Arrow does not do
- No LinkedIn Recruiter integration or LinkedIn job posting API — that requires LinkedIn Talent Solutions partner approval, which we do not hold.
- No sourcing browser extension for capturing profiles from LinkedIn or GitHub.
- No SSO or SAML.
- No built-in candidate texting or SMS.

Is Workable good for a staffing agency?
Workable is designed for in-house hiring. It does not model the agency relationship — a bill rate charged to a client against a pay rate paid to a contractor — because a corporate hiring team has no client to invoice. Agencies placing contractors generally need timesheets, client invoicing and margin reporting, which Digital Arrow includes in every paid plan.
See it against your own numbers
Pricing is published in full, so there is nothing to request. Put a placement in and the margin report shows bill against pay, weighted by the hours actually logged.
