Is Digital Arrow a recruiting tool or an HR platform?

Both. You post jobs, run video interviews, score candidates, and hire — then you keep working with the same people inside the same app: manager accounts, timesheets, PTO, contracts, and client invoicing. It replaces the ATS + video interview + timesheet + invoicing stack you'd otherwise buy separately.

How do video interviews work?

You can send candidates an async video prompt (they record answers on their own time, you review together) or schedule a live interview inside the app. Recordings and transcripts land on the applicant profile so the whole hiring team sees the same signal.

How do timesheets and client invoices connect?

Your team logs hours per project, an admin approves them, and you can turn approved entries into a branded PDF invoice for your client with company defaults (tax rate, currency, IBAN) applied automatically. Payment status stays in the same dashboard.

Can I invite hiring managers with limited access?

Yes. There are separate Company Admin, Company Manager, and Super Admin roles. Managers can be scoped to a specific company workspace, invited by email, and switched in and out of admin duties without losing their user account.

What about CVs, resumes, and candidate-side features?

Candidates get a fully guided CV builder with 15 responsive templates, PDF and DOCX export, an optional public profile page, and an AI review that scores their CV and flags concrete improvements. It's the reason great applicants actually finish applying.
