Prepare and send multi-party signature documents
Contracts support rich-text or PDF sources, configurable fields and secure party links.
A contract can start in the rich-text editor or from an uploaded PDF. The company adds parties and places the fields each person needs to complete. Supported field types are signature, initials, text, date, checkbox and name.
The signing flow uses secure links and records Pending, Signed or Declined status. After completion, the company can download the resulting PDF.
Assign PDF or video onboarding material
Onboarding combines learning material with a completion quiz and passing threshold.
A company can create onboarding content from a PDF or video. Questions can be authored manually, and PDF material can be used to generate quiz questions with AI assistance.
The quiz supports single-choice and multiple-choice formats. A passing percentage determines whether the submitted score meets the configured threshold.
Internal and external onboarding assignments
Material can be assigned to a company member or sent through an external email path.
Internal assignments support people who already belong to the company workspace. External assignment links cover recipients who should complete onboarding without being selected as a current member.
Results show completion, score and pass status. Contracts and onboarding are separate modules in the current product; this page does not claim an automatic candidate-to-contract-to-timesheet record.
